No Guarantee of Results Results vary based on individual circumstances. NorsX does not guarantee outcomes, including changes in savings, debt, or financial condition. No Reliance You agree you are not relying on NorsX for financial, legal, or professional decisions. Client Responsibility You are responsible for all decisions and outcomes. NorsX is not liable for losses, missed payments, or penalties. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and transparent financial information, including all income, debts, expenses, and assets. Failure to do so may affect results. Inaccurate information may limit effectiveness. Service Scope & Communication Services are limited to the agreed scope and timeframe. Ongoing support is not guaranteed. NorsX is not obligated to provide support outside scheduled sessions and does not guarantee availability or response times. Payment & Refund Policy Payment is required before services begin. All sales are final. Financial analysis may be canceled and refunded only if canceled at least 24 hours before the first meeting. No refunds after or once services begin. Choosing not to participate does not qualify for a refund. Payment plans must be completed regardless of participation. Scheduling 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Missed sessions may be forfeited. No Emergency Services Services are not for urgent or emergency situations. Account Responsibility You are responsible for maintaining account security. Third-Party Services NorsX is not responsible for third-party tools or platforms. Right to Refuse Service NorsX may refuse or terminate services at any time. Confidentiality Information is kept confidential unless required by law. Security cannot be guaranteed.
