Return/Refund Policy
NorsX provides digital products and services.
1. Digital Products and Programs
All sales are final. No refunds once access is granted. Most programs include access for up to 45 weeks; however, access length may vary by program. The access period associated with the specific program will always apply, even if it is shorter than 45 weeks. Program access limits may be changed at any time. Regardless if you don't succesfully complete the program it will close and there will be no refund given.
2. Financial Analysis Services
Refunds are only available if canceled at least 24 hours before the first scheduled meeting. No refunds will be issued after this time or once the service has begun.
Clients may choose not to participate in any portion of the service; however, this does not qualify for a refund.
3. Other Services
All services are non-refundable once initiated.
4. Exceptions
Duplicate purchases or technical errors may be reviewed at NorsX’s discretion.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
By making a purchase, you agree to contact NorsX before initiating a dispute.
All sales are final and non-refundable except as explicitly stated. By purchasing, you acknowledge you are not entitled to a refund outside of these conditions.
Filing a dispute does not override this policy. NorsX will contest disputes using this agreement.
Unauthorized disputes may result in termination of access and further action where permitted.
6. Customer Conduct
Customers are expected to use NorsX services, materials, programs, and communication channels in a respectful, honest, and appropriate manner. This includes communicating respectfully, using resources for their intended purpose, providing accurate information when required, and avoiding any behavior that is abusive, threatening, misleading, disruptive, or harmful to NorsX or others.
If a customer violates these expectations, NorsX may limit, suspend, or remove access to services, programs, materials, meetings, or communication channels. This may result in access being revoked without a refund.
