5. Payments and Refund Policy
All purchases made through NorsX are final and non-refundable, except as explicitly stated below.
Financial analysis services may be canceled and refunded only if cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled first meeting. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled meeting, or after the service has begun, are non-refundable.
Choosing not to participate in or complete any portion of a purchased service does not qualify for a refund.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree not to misuse, copy, distribute, share, or exploit any content, programs, or services from NorsX.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, branding, and programs are owned by NorsX. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or sharing is strictly prohibited.
8. Payments and Access
Purchases grant access to digital content as described. Access to programs is available for up to six (6) months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Programs and services are intended for individual use only and may not be shared, transferred, or used by others.
Marriage-related services may involve both partners within the same relationship.
Financial analysis services may include up to two (2) individuals only if they are married and share joint finances.
Access may be revoked if these terms are violated.
9. Limitation of Liability
NorsX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NorsX from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of NorsX shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court, where permitted by law. You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive participation in class action claims.
12. Customer Conduct
Customers are expected to use NorsX services, materials, programs, and communication channels in a respectful, honest, and appropriate manner. This includes communicating respectfully, using resources for their intended purpose, providing accurate information when required, and avoiding any behavior that is abusive, threatening, misleading, disruptive, or harmful to NorsX or others.
If a customer violates these expectations, NorsX may limit, suspend, or remove access to services, programs, materials, meetings, or communication channels. This will result in a refund.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
14. Modifications
NorsX reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
