1. Nature of Products

All NorsX products are digital and delivered electronically. No physical items will be shipped.

2. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not permitted once access has been granted.

3. Access and Usage

Purchases grant a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. Sharing, reselling, copying, or distributing content is strictly prohibited. Most programs include access for up to 45 weeks; however, access length may vary by program. The access period associated with the specific program will always apply, even if it is shorter than 45 weeks. Program access limits may be changed at any time.

4. Eligibility for Services

Certain services, including financial analysis, are only available to users who are 18 years of age or older. By purchasing these services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and access credentials.

6. Technical Issues

NorsX will provide reasonable support for access issues but is not responsible for user-side technical limitations.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting NorsX may result in termination of access to all products and services.
